How to get a serviceaccount

Serviceaccounts for residents of the buildings with ResNet-access are provided by Delft University of Technology. Check the list below to see how to obtain a serviceaccount.

Students and Staff of Delft University of Technology
Students have received their serviceaccount upon enrollment. Contact the ICT-staff of your faculty if you have questions. Staff should contact ICT-staff of your faculty if you have questions.
Students and Staff of other research institutes or institutes of higher education
If your institute is a member of SURFnet, you are elegible for a serviceaccount. Visit the ICT-helpdesk of DTO in person and bring proof of identity, proof of enrollment at the institution and the lease contract of your room.
Others
For the time being, you can get an account with limited access. This account can be cancelled without notice. Visit the ICT-helpdesk of DTO in person and bring proof of identity and the lease contract of your room.
